I called All Pro after another company wanted me to pay them upfront for labor cost that they had not performed yet. The other company had order a new motor for my AC unit that was under warranty but would not go pick it up and swap out until I payed them upfront. Who pay for something that they haven’t received yet?? After refusing to pay upfront the other company left. All Pro came out within the hour after me calling and checked the unit. The tech confirmed it was the motor and called the supply company to see if they had the part. The tech went and picked up the motor came back and put the part in and all was fixed in less then 1.5 hours. The receptionist was very nice and understanding. She listen to my vent regarding my mishap with the other AC company and insured me that they would be able to help. The Tech Jeff was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. Once the install was finish I paid for services render. I will definitely call them again if I need them and would highly recommend them.
